Tecnologia en Hidro-retorno SA de CV, hereinafter (“The Receiver”), with address at Calle Circuito Alamos 60, Ciudad de Querétaro, Estado de Querétaro, is responsible for the collection, use, storage, treatment, transfer, and protection of the personal data of the holders (hereinafter the “Holder”, or the “Holders”, as applicable), in the terms of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the “Law”), its Regulations (hereinafter the “Regulations”) and other applicable legal provisions (collectively, the “Data Protection Regulations”).
